Greyhound Philadelphia Toronto recent customer reviews
The bus was delayed and the one of the staff (a big dark skin coloured lady) that reissued the ticket at Mahanttan was was very rude and unprofessional was even using f...words and cursing customer’s father and mother
The driver from New York to Buffalo was fantastic and kept us informed. But the driver from Buffalo to Toronto was unnecessarily rude to customers and delayed the bus. We arrived an hour late.
There should be some seating for sick person, standing in line at New York station, for Toronto gate 22,or alternate option to wait.
