Come meet Busbud at C2MTL 2014

A workshop in progress at C2-MTL!

Busbud is really excited about the C2MTL conference happening in Montreal next week from May 27-29th.

Described as a cross between Ted and Burning Man, the C2MTL conference on commerce and creativity is organized by Sid Lee, Cirque du Soleil, Fast Company and Microsoft and will feature an inspiring list of speakers including James Cameron (director), Tony Hsieh (Zappos) and Muhammad Yunus (Nobel Peace Prize winner).

In 2013, Busbud had the chance to be a winner of the Bronfman Foundation  Emerging Entrepreneur program.

Two Chances to Connect

This year, Busbud is glad to announce we are coming back and that we’ll be involved in two different ways:

On May 27th, Busbud CEO LP Maurice will take the stage as part of the new Garage speaker series presented by Laurentian Bank. LP will be interviewed by journalist Diane Bérard of business magazine Les Affaires and will discuss creativity and innovation at Busbud. This talk will run in parallel to conferences in the Microsoft Forum.

On May 28th, Busbud will be hosting a workshop on international expansion titled “So you want to go global?”. Busbud team leaders LP Maurice, Thomas Geissmann and Pierrich Picard will share best practices from our experience developing new markets abroad. Participants will learn more about trade missions, email marketing, landing pages, SEO and more ways of connecting with potential partners worldwide. This workshop is presented as part of a series presented by our friends at PwC Canada.

We’ll be around all week, so feel free to come meet us for questions, to exchange ideas and more!

See you at C2-MTL!
