Within minutes, you’ll find yourself comparing prices, considering different bus companies and trip time, just to name a few. All these variables add up quickly.

Bus stop information is complex, particularly when dealing with the large number of countries in which Busbud sells tickets. That’s where our team comes in. We go through all the data that has been provided to us by bus companies, verify their accuracy and edit it to display it in as straightforward a way as possible.

Departure data gets collected on a regular basis from more than 1500 partners, gathering schedules for over 10463 cities in 89 countries (to date), in 11 languages and 21 currencies. The data includes information about stop addresses (including latitude and longitude), trip duration, departure and arrival times, bus company names, prices, and local topography (no joke!).

This information is filtered, doubled-checked and standardized to make sure different international addresses structures are intelligible to you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

All bus stops, from a stop at an international airport to a small pub in Spain, have their address information crossed with their latitude and longitude in a mapping tool we developed, supported by Google Maps and Yahoo Maps. We check the addresses given by our partners with the address given by Google and Yahoo, to be sure you will be picked up or dropped off at the correct location.
