3 – Refund Options Based on Operator Rules

Here’s how your refund will be handled, depending on the operator’s policies:

• For non-refundable or partially refundable tickets (or tickets that are past the operator’s refund period): You’ll get 100% of your ticket value as Busbud credits, which you can use for future trips. These credits are valid for two years from the date they’re issued.

• For fully refundable tickets (based on the operator’s rules): You’ll get 100% of your ticket value back, refunded to the original payment method you used when booking.
