Bus broke down 10 minutes into trip (we hadn’t even managed to get out of Las Vegas!) and we had to change busses. My seat was at the back and J had the joy of having the toilet door constantly fly open (as it would not close properly) and thrill me with the disgusting unclean lavatory smell every time it came open! The driver apologised for not getting the air conditioning to work and then while in the middle of charging my mobile phone the USB and power outlets also stopped working! Pick Up and Set Down were both in parking lots and not Bus Depots or Stations. Probably would not use FlixBus again.
The bus was very old and dirty. Needs an upgrade There were no cup holders The lady driver was very good and professional I would strongly recommend security on the bus as a passenger was clearly getting quite agitated and paranoid. Clearly under the influence of illicit substances.
I was totally lost. I missed my bus. I eventually found the stop. Unfortunately it was too late and I had to spend more money to get to my flight.
According to 295 reviews, Greyhound received a 3.1-star rating for this journey. Travellers were especially satisfied with the departure location and the ticket access, but some complained about the power outlets. Greyhound ticket prices on this trip start at US$27.00

I changed the passenger and was never notified that the new passenger needed my email to complete the process. Her departure was delayed for 7 hours, until she was able to contact me. This is a terrible lack of information for a service provider such as yourselves.
Worst greyhound ride I’ve ever been on. The driver took an extra stop and delayed all of the stops. He was rude and didn’t even help get the bags out of the bus. I hope he gets fired for how awful he was
The. Ride was uncomfortable packed knowing covic is high rated. Stink on there bus very crowed prices are very high

Got us from A to B but took longer than usual. Driver had a habit of reading his phone while driving. The worst thing was we didn’t realise the LA office was right next to Skid Row. As tourists from abroad we got dropped off in the evening with all our bags in the dodgiest part of the city. I’ve never felt more unsafe and I would have appreciated a word of warning from staff before the drop off. Thankfully our Uber came quickly. Would not recommend this service to female tourists travelling solo.
According to multiple reviews, customers express satisfaction with the service provided by Tuesday. They mention that the drivers are professional and provide an awesome experience, which they consider better than Greyhound. However, there are also negative experiences reported where customers had issues with incorrect pickup locations and delays in departure times. It is recommended to double-check the details before booking a trip with this transportation line.

Both me and my partner was very happy with our trip with Tuesday, thought our driver was very professional in every way
I paid for a ticket route las vegas to los angeles and on the printed ticket it had an address 99 S MLK which is north Vegas. I get there 30 minutes prior to departure. Waited till 15 minutes after its scheduled departure. Called the company and they responded that they no longer pick up there as of Dec 2021. My ride was for apr 8 2022. Please guys pay extra and avoid this line of transportation.
The driver on the trip 9/15/19 @10pm was all over the road, not sure if it was windy but it was a very bumpy ride. also driver did not make the usual 10-15 min stop for those to get water or take a smoke break. arrived in LA 30 min or so ahead of time. also when arrived driver open bus bottom so passengers could get their bags but driver did not retrieve luggage, passengers had to get own bags from under bus. not safe for those that do not work for the company.
