3 hour delay, no update is just so unprofessional. Have to wait up in the middle of the night, risking your life in this cruel world. At least inform passengers of unforseen delay and re-schedule time, sending an sms notification would save a life.
The bus was more than 2 hours late. I had to wait alone as a young woman outside their offices during the early hours of the morning from 23:45 to 2:30 am. Estimated arrival time was 8:00 but I arrived at 11:00.
