Got to Washington Union terminal an hour Late. Upset my plans big time. I got stranded along with my family before figuring out the right course of action for myself and then. Missed out on an important dinner appointment and a pickup arrangement. All plans for the evening got screwed up.Nobody ever informed me about the potential delay nor did they ever apologize about it. Ridiculous. My first ever travel with greyhound. I was let down in their reputation of what I had in my mind.
The driver was extremely unprofessional. Was very hostile towards passengers. Took long at every stop and yelled at everyone who spoke to her

Everything was going good u til the stop at Baltimore. The bus stopped for way too long, without any justified reason. To add to that, the Air condition of the bus was shut off which was really very comfortable.
Our trip was at 2:am and I mistakenly went to 3rd Ave instead of 12th Ave where we had to meet our bus ,we were there at 1:54 am and I was surprised to meet the bus still there, they were patient with us we weren't rushed or anything and surprise surprise we reached our destination on time,my husband and I didn't sit together the 1st half of the trip but that's our fault we got to arrange seat halfway ,and I slept the rest of the way comfortable because the driver drove safely.

The bus left on time,gave free water,and made an announcement about everyone being courteous with cell phone usage and no using speakers. I didn't enjoy taking out my own bag,nor the fact that the reading light didn't work as I and another passenger wanted to continue reading when it got dark outside,but the light switch didn't work. Other than that great ride.
I liked the driver, he was very friendly and helpful 🙂 He communicated everything necessary with updates at all times.His driving skills were great and he knew what he was doing.I didn't enjoy the wifi connection was very poor, please try to improve it.

The driver had personality, but he yelled a bit, difficult to understand. Another driver yelled at me. They weren’t parked where they said they’d be.
The driver was awful he constantly talked on the phone in a very loud voice in a foreign language he was rude to the customers and left two women stranded in Baltimore. Despite us telling him they were inside the shop while he was still in the car park. He yelled at passengers all the time and was constantly spitting out his window very liudly it was dishusting
