I booked my flixBus ticket with the option of wifi internet and paid extra amount just to use internet while my journey. I came straight from airport with no Mobile connection. Fully depend on bus internet not for my work but also to book a Uber cab from bus stand to my home and letting my family members know. I was not expecting this kind of service from flixBus. Really disappointed. I will be sharing this on My Twitter too.
The service itself was great, but the instructions on finding the stop at Pearson was terrible. The. Worst. Took us 45 minutes to find it.
My power outlet did not work, and there was no obvious sign for the wifi password or how to access it. I think my bus driver got lost. He initially missed the exit on the highway, and then took a really round about way to get to my stop.

Fast online booking, inexpensive way to travel to and from Toronto airport. I have used its services many times, mostly good experience. This time it was 30 min late to depart from the airport T1. Suggest to improve heating/cooling and cleaning inside and windows glasses.
Terrible. Bus 1 hour late. Notification about this comes q hour after arrival to London. Useless and unreliable

Intercity bus sent me a message and called me to ensure I arrive 10 mins early and they were 10 mins late and didn't go to the correct location, it clearly says go to ground level lane 1 p5 and the bus went to lane 2 p4, the driver was constantly going onto the shoulder of the road and we arrived half an late to the destination.
bus was nice and quiet, was not oversold. however, the seats were quite dusty and dirty. The bus was late by about 20 minutes and the only way to get an update on it's arrival was to call the driver.
the timing was way off. was supposed to be at York st at 3, didn't get there til after 330

Book A Ride Toronto London recent customer reviews
My bus got delayed for over an hour and upon trying to contact support for clarification, no one answered the chat box after 1 hour of waiting and no email correspondence, nor a phone line. Bus was not parked where it was supposed to and logo was not on the bus either.
Very poor. The first bus I took to Toronto came not only late, it skipped over the designated pickup location. It later came back on the other side of the road. The bus that I booked for going back to London actually got canceled for "unforseen" reason. So I had to book a different bus. I am very disappointed with Book a Ride.
Bus was scheduled to go at 07:00 am but didn’t show up on time. Bus live location tracking was unavailable until 07:30 am. Tried to call customer service, but received no response. Tried chatting, no response. Finally around 11:30am received a text message saying that trip was cancelled. Vere disappointed with the service.
