Enjoyed the luxury and on time schedule
I usually don't mind the bus but this time was quite a time. The bus wouldn't go for almost 30 minutes and then we got stuck at the A&W parking lot for a while, the wifi wasn't on for both bus rides, which I don't blame them but jeepers. I hope the wait isn't long next time and that others get a better experience.
There was no shelters to block the fridgid winds .in Red Deer and I had to Call the office to ask Where the bus was supposed to be.i was lied to. The office said the bus was pulling in . And I still waited until after 9:15 before the bus pulled.Up to where I guessed it might go.. your staff did not give exact information where the bus was going to be. I still had to walk about 1/4 of a block. My suggestion is to have the busses line up closer to the hotel!!Tim Hortons has no protection from the wind. The hotel would have been much better. While waiting outside , with two pairs of pants , snow pants . Two thick heavy winter coaches and winter hat. Winter socks and winter boots . I was just about frozen when the driver finally was done. All the others stops were better manned and warmer. Then a couple of hours later the heat on my side of the bus turned cold the driver pushed some buttons and it got warm for only one hour then colder than before. The other passengers were pulling up their coats to try to stay warm.. I went back to ask driver to try again. He said it would not help. So the rest of the trip was cold!!
