Poor all around. The email confirmation had the wrong bus station address in Cincinnati. When I got to the new station I was told my 5pm bus is now arriving at 7:30, but the station closes at 5, so I will have to wait outside in the snow from 5 pm until the bus shows up at 7:30. I’ll never book with Greyhound again!!
Terrible experience. Didn’t even make it to my destination. No one cared to assist me. I got frostbite.
The bus was an hour late departing from the station. The driver was funny though and made the ride pleasant.
