Outside super clean but inside it needs intense cleaning and small repairs . It was on time
The bus departed on time and there were no long delays for arrival. Televisions on the bus were not working. Toilet was not cleaned for more than 1000 Kms (Cape Town to Klerksdorp) and the smell of the toilet was not good at all
Along with the bathroom that smell the hole 16 hours I was on the bus, the driver turned the heaters on full blast. With no airconditioning and the heaters on, it started to get extremely humid, the windows where dripping with water. After I asked the driver to lower the heat and increase the airconditioning for some fresh air, he did so for about an hour and after continued with the heat and no airconditioning. I started getting nauseous and claustrophobic, I prayed for the trip to be over .

Not a bad experience, just need to improve on punctuality
Everything was great except for the unnecessary pitstops we had on each and every garage which consumed our time, our arrival was late! Another problem was the leakage at the restroom which left the bus with a very distasteful smell for the entire journey

Was somewhat spacious and clean, first few hours went fast. Saw quite a few bugs on the bus ride. Also dont like how they allow people whom sell items on the bus. Overall staff on the bus were meh, they were atleast lively.
We were only allowed to board 1 hour after the scheduled time and there was a further 2,5hour delay before the trip started without any proper communication or explanation. The heat was unbearable during the waiting time and one couldn't even go out due to fear of being left behind
