Toilet was blocked. The driver allowed us to use the toilets at Stoke service station, the driver drove off with mine and 6 others belongs. Spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service to be told that the driver would stop however he didn’t stop. I have used megabus previously and had many okay trips with them. HOWEVER THIS WAS THE WORST. I gave megabus the benefit of the doubt many times but this has made me decide to go with national express instead. Very disappointed considering I value megabus. Have lots more to say but not enough time to say.
The driver was good, but there was know charging sport and that left me stranded.
The bus had brake problems we had to travel to Birmingham by a cramp taxi amd then take a taxi to Bristol
