Bus driver didn't offer to put my big bag under the bus, so had to lug it up the stairs and knock people as I went past. Otherwise good

It was a really nice journey, lovely drivers too
Easy to book. Comfortable seats, friendly staff
I arrive 45 mins before departure of my booked bus! Every bus that arrived was completely full even though I had a booked seat!!! The queue had been waiting over an hour, most people had also booked seats! I missed my theatre show! I will be seeking compensation for a complete disaster of a day which was meant to be a celebration of my husband’s 60th birthday!!!
