First time to travel use KKL and it was great driver arrived early and we are early in the city
I went through the Immigration control in Johor, and the bus already left, leave me in a very uncomfortable situation. The bus supposed to check if every one is on the bus alr or not
It was good.
It Was very satisfied
The bus driver was fine. Instead of arriving KL at #8pm, the bus reached destination at 12,00am
The electrical plug was not working, 1h50m late at start and arrive 3hour late at KL.
I booked 3 months ago for a designated dropoff point and they were selling tickets today and my dropoff point was the 3rd and last one an hour late
Staff is very rude and not helpful. Bus system is confusing. No signs and the bus had a different company name, which made it even more confusing. I also had to change buses mid trip, which I didn't realize when I bought the ticket.
Bus not time! I booked our trip and seats accordingly then all of a sudden become free seating!
