The clerk didn't understand my ticket so I had to buy a new one. But this was from Ica to Paracas, not Arequipa to Ica -which, by the way, was delayed for 1 and 1/2 hour.

Nobody spoke English only Spanish. Benches were quite narrow and there was not enough leg space for tall people. Driving was quite bumpy.

Journey never happened. Was denied travel due to not having a physical copy of my passport. Nowhere on your website/ticketing (or indeed the bus company's) does it state that digital versions will not be accepted (or indeed what other IDs are acceptable for foreign travellers- a UK driving licence is normally accepted in most Latam countries as they realise the UK doesn't issue actual ID cards).
