Someone (maybe the drivers) was smoking cigarettes on the bus and it was a terrible experience. The drivers didn't enforce the no smoking policy.

The bus was dirty. The heat was on throughout the trip even though it was already warm on the bus. Odor from the bathroom was obvious especially towards the end of the trip.

The staff are nice. It drove safely. The seat was comfortable. The arrival at the Retiro was delayed by an hour, likewise at the destination (Cordoba).

It was very good but I missed the "suite" chair option, which used to be there, a chair that opens entirely allowing us to sleep like on a bed. Hope future buses recover this option

The details indicated there was a hot meal, but there was no dinner or even water offered. There was absolutely nothing “executive level” about the ticket class I purchased. This ticket listing is false!
