A very comfortable journey and we reached with just 20 min delay in spite of the snowstorm. Saw snow on both sides of the road but the drive was very safe on the roads. The driver was very cordial and friendly.
Staff was excellent. Dallas station was a little crazy and run down but overall it was a good trip and experience.
Enjoyed trip and comfortable. Love bus journeys.
I hit my destination like 2 hours later, disappointed!!!
My bus was supposed to leave for Austin at 12:25pm, but we left at 3pm. However, the bus ride was smooth and we arrived in Austin safely.
