Refunds

This ticket is non-refundable.

Exchanges

You can find all the information related to how to exchange your purchase here.

You may exchange your ticket date or time up to 1 hr. before the original scheduled departure time free of charge.

Boarding Requirements

You must present your printed ticket or your ticket on a mobile device to board.

Luggage

Carry-On

You are allowed one carry-on bag per passenger.

Carry-on bags must be small enough to fit in the overhead compartment.

Checked-In

You are allowed 2 checked-in bags per passenger for free.

Each checked-in bag must weigh no more than 20kg (44.1lbs).

Each checked-in bag must not be larger than 70cm x 45cm x 30cm (27.6in x 17.7in x 11.8in).

Each additional checked-in bag will incur a fee of £10.00 GBP.

Oversized Luggage

You may check in oversized luggage including sports equipment and musical instruments.

You must arrive at the station with your oversized luggage at least 15 minutes before your departure.

You must protect your oversized luggage with a cover.

Oversized luggage can be checked for free.

Animals

Passenger Section

Animals are not allowed in the passenger section.

Service animals may travel directly with the passengers. Rules vary for emotional support animals please contact the operator directly for the latest information.

Hold Compartment

Animals are not allowed in the hold.

Restrictions

You must have valid vaccination and registration documentation when you travel with your animal.

You must arrive at the station with your animal at least one hour before your departure.
