Despite having our tickets checked and even printed at multiple locations within the terminal, we were told as we were getting on the bus that it was the wrong station and they made us pay for new tickets. Customer service was not helpful and spoke no English.
It was a nice trip for the value we payed. The seat are actually quite comfortable, even though old.

Boarding was good. Driver was good too. Socket for charging: mine did not work. But no one sat near me so fine. The TV on the bus worked with loud speakers all the way. Why not earphones. Made hard to rest or to here anything else. No a days earphones.

It's great!!
It was the weekend before Christmas, so I suspect lots of busses were running late, but we didn't get into Oaxaca until around 10pm. We were scheduled to arrive at 5:30. Otherwise the bus and staff were great.
