Awful ! 30 minutes into the trip the engine caught on fire due to overheating, drivers had no clue and had to be alerted by the passengers, literally seconds away from disaster because buses aren’t being serviced , running long distance trips non stop.

The drivers are the best! Very friendly and accommodative. I was very much impressed with their excellent Services. I would 100% recommend BIG SKY to anyone traveling long distances. I had a very comfortable and safe trip. It was my first time and probably not the last time.😅
It was my first trip with Big Sky express. It arrived on time in durban. Unfortunately we have to wait for 2 hours in Petermaritzburg without any explanation. Then later I learned that we are waiting for another bus from Pinetown only after I asked the driver. The other bus also stopped after Montrose. Seems there was something wrong. Then it started moving slowly for half a km until it gained momentum.It arrived in Pretoria after 8pm inconvenient me because my daughter had to come back 54km to collect me when she could have made her usual trips to and fro work to wait for me at 18hrs at the station. Overall theservice at the durban station office is superb.
I didn't enjoy anything about Big Sky Express. We stacked on the highway for 4 hours, hot and dehydrated and hungry. Will never use your service anymore and will not recommend it to anyone.

When we got to JHB Park Station they changed us to an intercape bus which delayed us I was supposed to be at wok and I ended up running late
My seat refused to reclyn and we had 2 old ladies arguing for most of the way on the bus. It was ugly...both were at fault.

Atleast the charging ports were working, the seats wouldn't adjust, so I was seating straight from Durban to Pretoria, it was just so uncomfortable.
