My experience with Eagle Liner was extremely awful and bad. I will never book eagle liner bus again. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate.
The bus arrived at 1pm while it was suppose to arrive at 10 am and we were not informed

The bus was delayed by more than an hour and no personnel from Vilamora seemed to bother to come and update us. I took it to my responsibility to go to their office and no one was on duty at the time. It was was extremely frustrating to say the least.
The 16:30 bus came 2 hours 30 minutes late without any prior notification to commuters and I had to check with ticket office since there was no examiner at Park Station platform 5 where we queued for tickets inspection. This kind of inconvenience and unprofessionalism is costly and our safety at our destinations is compromised... The bus that finally came was comfortable and warm though some windows were letting in cold air because of defective sealing rubbers on them.
Terrible Horrible experience, the bus was stopping along the way. The steering wheel was broken but the driver persisted even though he saw that he’s putting our lives in danger. Cockroaches were all over us while the bus was parked on the side of N1. The driver was rude and didn’t want communicate with us regarding when will another bus come or we’ll get help from. He just went to sleep inside the bus while we were standing outside in the cold due to those cockroaches. We didn’t even reach our destination (Bloemfontein), I had to be fetched from Kroonstad another waste of money. What a joke of a bus company. Very unprofessional

I booked a bus ticket to Bloemfotein to leave at 6h45 to arrive in Bloem at 11h30. The bus came late, and arrived in Bloem at 1h30am. As a result I had to pay more for a taxi to take me to the destination. The bus was dirty, chair, drink holder had tissues that shows was left there for weeks. There were cockroaches all over. just disgusting.
Although the bust was very late beyond the mentioned delay time, the journey was good.
