Gave us old bus we stuck for six hours . Dehydration and hunger struck on us and then they bought their driver food. Us we got only sms of a new bus coming which took six hours before arrival

Traveling with intercity express is very good and safe the problem was charging they weren't working and my battery died before I was fetched so I really struggled there.

5 hour delay suppose the bus is 1 pm but arrived at 5 pm was very bad and bus was good conditions

It was the best just that the time was not accurate I was supposed to be at Cape town by 02:30 I have arrived at 04:36

I didn't enjoy the trip the bus had two stops that took +- 45 minutes which was not explained. There were other stops that took normal time. The estimated time of arrival was 09:30 but the bus arrived at 12:00 which made me late for my interview which was scheduled at 11:00. Unfortunately my interview was canceled because of this.

Terrible. His broke down twice and we used three buses and arrived 8 hours later than schedule

I will never ever use this bus. It arrived more than two hours late. No communication. The busy very dirty and smelling like a pig stal. It arrived in Cape Town 4 hours later than the time. Poor service

They abandoned us on the streets of Johannesburg midnight now they refused to do refunds I don't wanna talk about the drivers yiMigodoyi

The bus left 2 hours after the scheduled time,there was a time where it had to go back and fetch more people who were left behind we only arrived at 1630

My initial boarding time was 7:15pm, but i received an sms saying i was transferred to Intercity Xpress and I must come 1hr 20min earlier. I was very disappointed with their service because the bus arrived late we ended up living the station at 20:19 and on top of that they took us to the workshop coz the bus apparently had a headlight that needed to be fixed. So in future please be strict with time.

The driver was being controlled by passengers and stop wherever they want him to stop
