Bad, horrible. Bus an hour late and no email notification. Reached out to customer services, no help. Very very horrible experience
Overall very good. Bus was on time and we arrived to Pearson ahead of schedule. Only complaint was the seats - we were in the very last row despite the bus being less than half full. The last row is noisy and bumpy and we seniors prefer a smoother ride.
Driver was confident. Trip was great. Will be using bus again.service was excellent

The driver was friendly, engaging and professional. The fact that we were on a milk run to Toronto from London would have been nice to know prior to booking. We arrived on time and did not miss our flight, but my anxieity was elevated when we were not going directly to Toronto. I do not hold the driver accountable, he was doing what he was to do, the app did not detail the milk run
It was on time, the driver was helpful with passengers' luggage, and it was a comfortable ride.

Super convenient and cost effective. I used to take the shuttle bus to YYZ… not anymore! This will be my only way to get to the airport now.
I was waiting in the cold on Easter Sunday for them to cancel my bus 30 minutes after it was supposed to arrive with no explanation.
The event in Toronto I was travelling to was cancelled because of the strike at the AGO, and it was virtually impossible to cancel my bus reservations.

Bus arrived when expected and reached destination on time. Comfortable and reliable. Will use these services again.
Waiting for service to a tire that delayed our departure by more than an hour. Was happy it didn't happen on the hwy, hence a 4* rating.
It was a very old bus and an uncomfortable ride. Not only that, the driver used his cellphone. Holding it in his lap and had it on speaker. A long conversation. I told him to put his phone down and he came back with “I’m not, I have it on speaker “. An outright lie as I could see it in his lap where he’d taken it from its holder on the dash. My son was killed in a car crash due to distracted driving and this was very upsetting.

Bus window wipers didn’t work in rain so had to wait 3 hours for bus replacement
The drivers were efficient and drove safely, but the evening bus driver was superior. His energy and enthusiasm was very uplifting after a long day.
