Hi was very terrible trip the bus was ,2 hours late on pick up,bus driver was of no assistance. He was rude also considering I'm pregnant. Totally messed up trip. Toilets were flirty and sinking pathetic.

I'm extremely disappointed- from the start of the trip, the bus was delayed. The bus had a mechanical issue half way through the journey! No communication received & driver was very casual, didn’t communicate to all passengers. All passengers sat alongside the road waiting in the heat for another bus!! Very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible service, driver was falling asleep we had to plead for another driver to take over at halfway. My departure time was 6 30pm, the bus only left after 11pm and my arrival time was supposed to be at 1:45am and only reached at 05:00am. Totally upsetting, also Thierry could of been many lives taken. I have pictures taken of how the driver passed out at half way..
