I was a five minutes late for my trip as I had a breakdown with my public transport on my way to the bus stop. As I approached the station I spotted the bus and asked the driver if that was the bus to East London and he agreed but said unfortunately he can't stop cause he's running late and the bus left me although I paid for my trip. Sometimes I wait for an hour when the bus runs late but I don't make a fuss although it causes inconvenience in one's agenda. I will never use Intercape in a hurry I'm very disappointed.

Always delaying
The bus was 3 hours late.I tried communicating through the WhatsApp number provided. I received no answer. I was blue ticked. I will never use intercity again. Had to cancel all my plans for the day.
