Great basic service. They provide water and a few snacks, and make a stop mid trip. Sometimes the buses even have working USB chargers.

Weak points - (1) there is no address, phone number and neither email of this bus operator to contact (while searching on internet). (2) thus, we do not know our seats are not allocated on the same row; two seats on row 9 + one seat on row 8 (on the paper, all 3 seats are on row 9, in reality, it was wrong). That makes really bad consequence to our family because my daughter was sick on that day and we could not be seated closely due to your seat allocation. (3) compared to other operator's service that I saw beside our bus, I found that Budsarakham's service was excellent. For example, we have to lift up ourselves and handled over our check-in baggages to bus conductor who was working alone inside bus's luggage compartment and cannot go down to ground to provide proper check-in luggages and deal with passengers. Other bus used luggage tag, stapled and gave it to passengers etc..properly. (4) There is no lady conductrice on our journey. So, the guy was rude and seemed to drink alcohol before the journey stated. This made disappointment to us because we needed to talk her (but, him in reality) on some situation concerned my daughter's vomiting etc..(5) The worst problem was your online system did not tell us since the booking time that this journey was carried out by double-deck car and our seats are on upper deck. That point was terribly making our journey to lead so bad consequence until this time of writing. Because my daughter does not be able to travel in bumpy condition. After knowing suddenly just before the route, she got in panic attack with high palpitation for whole night. To try to make her comfort more mentally, there was NO TV screen on each passenger seat (on your booking, it was included wrongly) and after 10 to 20 minutes from trip beginning, driver turned off the main light that caused more fear to her. I understand to switch off the light for night travel. But, dimmed light of blue or green is used to turned on permanently. Generally speaking, I will never do again online purchase for bus ticket through third party's system.
