I wouldn't recommend eldo coaches to anyone. The service is very poor the buses are not on gud condition. On my last trip the bus got broken, we waited at da garage for 7hours for another bus to came to our rescue.
I wanted to change the travelling time but there is no direct number to the offices at the bus station & I called the call centre number so many times & no one answered. Your service is very very poor.
The bus was and as passengers we were not even notified whether the bus has a problem,it will just park ,only in Durban we were told that we will get another bus at Durban station ,were suppose to reach Pretoria at 18h20 but we were in Pretoria 23h15
We has break before mariannhill toll plaza and your mechanic arrived after one hour to fix the bus..we manage to move the garage before the toll plaza and the problem of overheating came ...we have to wait for another bus ..i only arrived at home at 21h30...my trip took twelve hours full...I'm so dissappointed again
Bus was late no reason given. We were taxied to another bus station where we waited to travel. Eventually we left but bus broke down a few times and we had to get onto another bus half way to PTA. Very bad service and I paid R390 for that. Could have flown for about the same price without the hassle.
