It was great journey
It's a very nice bus
Seats were not conformable like normal intercape seats
All services including the staff was excellent
Good but need to improve on issues related to time/puncuality
Keep the good service like this forever..its amaizing
The delay was due to a road accident
Safe and clean
Very good service
The second driver that took over in Harrismith fell off to sleep almost causing an accident. Vendors in stations walk inside the freely to sell which jeopardizes our purses safety
Keep it up!
The staff tried to ask for my number. The Montrose stop was rushed couldn't even refresh well. It left Durban and hour after it was supposed to.
On a 3 seater Row I was seated on, the charging port under this one seater was Broken with wires Out and I had to change the seat to the next row because that Seat Reclining Gear if I may put it that way was missing, I couldn't get the seat to recline, there was no Garbage bags as well in a Bus, Lastly the Lady that was helping with Check in must learn to respect people and time, she was Busy talking behind the counter while they made an announcement 10 minutes ago now we there in a Line waiting for her to finish talking and Start checking us in. But all in all it was a Good Trip , Driver was very Nice and didn't switch Air-conditioning to Cold air as often as my previous Trip, I enjoyed it and I'm definitely Booking with Intercape Bus again as I normally do after I stopped using the Other Bus.
I was supposed to arrive in Pretoria by 17h30 but we got there by 18h10 woth no apology for thw delay our driver who took the bus from Montrose bus stop station was not nice he was not even playing soft music like our first driver
Not the bus expected. The was no charging point for phones.
Everything was good except that my bus wasn’t have a toilet
Great service and professionalisn exhibited by the staff
We had a Tyre problem on the way to Pretoria
Toilet where smelly
Was suppose to be in Pretoria at 4:20 pm but only got here after 7pm
Very nice trip, driver was very polite and arrived on time.
Adjust the air on to 23 degrees celcius to accommodate all temperature
Bus is prompt but air conditioning was bad
The trip was lovely except the bus seats were too close to each other since it was a budget liner
Great service but the heater in the bus was too high
The Trip was Wonderful, the Speed and time all Good, problem was THE BUS TEMPERATURE, IT WAS FREEZING COLD, the driver put it down to 10 degrees like freezing, one passenger even complained, was so unhappy about that and it wasn't the first time, the Intercape Bus was this cold.
The bus was just ok and traveled safely. Even though we arrived late in Tshwane, I am not complaining. Enjoyed it very much. The gentleman that was seating us in the bus was more understanding to people with special needs. It was absolutely incredible to witness.
I had bad experience with ciltiliner 3 hours late.
Although they say toilets are no longer used cz of the outbreak, I guess using the bus that has toilet its just a relief on its own regardless whether they gonna be used on not.
