Bus from King William’s Town to Cape Town: Tickets & Timetables

First of all the bus delayed by 45 minutes, it was suppose to arrive by 17:15 but the bus departed at 18:00. The journey was fine but when we arrived at Somerset West Shell Garage the driver said the bus was broken and they said we should make a plan to go home.

Bus no8110 what a horrible experience. We arrived 3hrs after my expected arrival time because the drivers kept getting lost and didn’t know the directions to CPT, I am so unimpressed

Intercape Mainliner was great I loved the fact that heater was provided and the seats are comfortable , what i disliked the most was that the driver hardly ever stopping and the route via Mossel Bay is too long .

Didn't enjoy anything, shifty bloody service. The bus was hours late no communication was sent to Travellers we couldn't even phone their customer support very poor service they provided

The seats are uncomfortable, there are cockroaches in the bus. The seats are too close together, there is no room to stretch legs. It’s not comfortable for a 15hour trip

I paid a ticket for one of my friends and they got at the bus station on time but they found the bus already left. I called the customer Care they said there was nothing they could do

The bus did not arrive on time, it was two hours late. The experience wasn't nice at all, drivers were playing music. 🤦

I've got no complaints the Stuff was professional and very helpful with everything

I didn't enjoy at all the drive doesn't want us me and my husband to seat in front

The bus was a bit late and not the bus that was mentioned I almost missed it worst part was that this information was not communicated in time. Otherwise the bus was quick and covered the lost time efficiently with comfortable seating and an overall smooth trip.

1. Bus was almost 3 hours late 2. Not the Flexi City bus I booked 3. Cockroaches in the bus 4. There were 3 extra passengers, we were asked to accomodate them by putting my 6 year old daughter on my lap, I couldn't, 5. The drivers were excellent not faulting their driving at least

I'm very disappointed the bus was 3hrs late uncomfortable seats...i wouldnt refer it and surely will never use it again

The bus was neat and clean however the checking is very poor we stood there no one was attending us for quite some time.

The bus was late but there was communication from king Williams town to Cape Town but I forgave them because the trip was nice 😊 their driving and we were not even that late to Cape Town and the bus was clean and comfortable and charging Greyhound must just work on time management

Everything was perfect. Highly recommend them. They drove us safely. No complaints at all.

I was dissatisfied about the fact that the bus was late,an Hour and a half late. The bus had no charging spots, they were not working

Drivers were very friendly they even made us forgot that the bus delayed. we didn't get communication that there will be delays.. we were suppose to leave King at 5h00pm but bus only arrived at the station 18h25. otherwise journey was very nice.

Very bad onlyreach Cape Town on Wednesday at11:00 left KWT at 21:00 will not recommend any person to EAgle liner again, we assisted by Intercity after waiting for 4 hours at Bus Station Eagler liner didn’t come

Bad experience bus broke down we had to wait while it got fixed and the standard of the bus was very poor

I enjoyed that they were at my service when I need to change dates of departure and it was quick instead of taking my bus on the 5 I took it on the 6 . I didn’t like that the bus was very late and there’s no order and the lady that was helping us doesn’t know how to communicate with people

The bus broke down and they sent another bus 6 hours later. We are still on the road.

This thing of over booked and we have to stay in the garage at night for good hours while it's cold

Busses are good but they are unpredictable with their times, the bus from king williams town arrived late by the station.

15:30 Bus only the station 18:00 , not branded if it wasn't for the person sitting next to me bus would've left us there

We had to change the bus at Queenstown after I had to put my child in my lap even though I paid for her
