I’m satisfied because I am in Paris but trip was not pleasant, Too much waiting and on top only one place to connect and charge our phones
On time departing. Driver kept to times and the bus was comfortable and quiet. The Charing ports didn’t work though or the air conditioning so I would change that.
I was a little disappointed that the bus didn’t have reserved seats as I wished to sit next to my young son.

Union Ivkoni London Paris recent customer reviews
The driver on the English side who smoked cigarettes while driving l think it's illegal in UK. Worse than this, the driver on the French side was rude and apathetic to the passengers' wellbeing. When the bus arrived at the "terminal" in Paris around 8 in the morning. It's a quiet avenue without canopy or shelter of any kind. Outside was raining. The driver shouted weirdly to urged relentlessly the passengers to leave the bus, even though they were briskly picking up their up belongings, treating them like cattle.
The bus arrived over an hour late . It had no toilet facilities, no power outlets and no Wi-Fi . Additionally the crew could not communicate in English or French . The arrival was more than four hours behind schedule. I would not recommend this company in any circumstances.
There was no bathroom in the bus and driver never stop from Calais to Paris for a bathroom break
