The counter agents couldn’t speak English. Had no way of helping us. Once the bus got to Mendoza the sign on the front was wrong but the driver just said get in, yes it’s going to San Rafael. The seats and the whole bus were very dirty. No announcements were made to say what stops we were at. The guy that got our luggage out was rude and demanded a tip in cash. Pretended he couldn’t speak any English to get our bags but when he did he had no problem saying, in English “I take cash for tips”.

Although I think Cata is very good, today was not one of their best days. The man that loaded our suitcases was rude and knowing I was to get off before the terminal, he put my cases way in the back and not together, then the driver forgot to let me off at my stop and told me I could get off about 2 kilometers past my stop and was very irritated that my luggage was so hard to remove. A customer volunteered to take me back to my stop.
