Find the cheapest tickets from New York, NY to Boston Airport (BOS)

We arrived with 5 people at exactly(!) 09.00 am and saw the GoBus leave in front of our eyes to Boston. So we were forced to book a next drive to Boston to arrive in time to Logan Airport. We'll managed, but the driver could have checked that he missed 5 people at 8.59 am. It would be nice if GoBus give a reaction on this. Best regards Family Dannijs

Very disorganized and unreliable, waited outside in the cold with no guarantee/update for when the bus would arrive. Will not be using this service again.

20-30 minutes late, no usb charge, no WiFi as advertised. Staff were friendly and bus was hygienic. It got me from nyc to Boston in one piece.

The driver's treatment was very disrespectful, and if someone asked him to tell them where the seat was, he would yell at them. There were no curtains so the light wouldn't affect the light. Very bad trip /El trato del conductor fue muy irrespetuoso, a su vez si alguien preguntaba para que le indicara dónde estaba el asiento le gritaba. No habían cortinas para que la luz no afectara la luz. Muy pésimo viaje

My driver left early from the rest stop in Fairfield on I-95, stranding me. He then lied about it when the company contacted him, and said he had waited for me. He told everybody to be back by 2:30. I was looking at my iPhone screen in the parking lot when it said 2:30. He had already left. iPhones don’t lie. Bus drivers do. And so do chat representatives, who told me they couldn’t communicate with their drivers.

First of all the bus departed 90 minutes after the scheduled time. Then the was was very old , dirty with torn seat covers !!! The odor of toilet made me sick .

my bus was delayed indefinitely and i was at the station for 4 hours. eventually i was able to get into an extra seat on another bus going to boston. I have no idea when everyone else will be getting back. Incredibly inconsiderate and no communication. People didn’t even know when to leave and come back so they were all just sitting there for hours.

The service was not good, our bus was 3 hrs late, there were no seats anywhere to sit down and the ground and area was not clean. Unacceptable!

It was so cold that I chached a cold I was not allowed to sit in the first seating row?!? It was punctualy!! It was not crowded

I had a comfortable time during my journey and the driver was very helpful and easy going.

A rude driver, bus arrived 7 minutes after it was supposed to leave NYC, and left at 4:35pm instead of 4pm. Half hour before the planned departure (at 3:30pm) an email was sent changing the location of the departure stop at NYC. Later came a correction to that email, leaving the previously announced station.

It was a great experience! Super tidy and punctual !! AND the emploees realy friendly and kind! I sure recommed it!!!

There was a long wait while we switched drivers- we arrived 1 hr behind schedule, despite there being no traffic. Also, there was no wifi.

Very cost effective and comfortable way to travel from NYC and Boston. To be recommended.

We were stranded on the train for over 3 hours with no power, no functioning bathrooms, and hardly any food or water.

The soothing sounds of the train on tracks lulling me to sleep while there’s power conveniently placed near by to charge my devices.

Extremely punctual and staf organised the commuters well to at the respective terminals before going down the Lines to board the train. The driver to Boston today, 11.7.22 on our 6.50am train was very engaging in his announcements and a chirpy guy.
