Andesmar San Carlos de Bariloche Santiago de Chile recent customer reviews
The staff and drivers are all very helpful. The bus itself was very clean and it was like travelling in first class, including the toilet which had toilet paper, soap and water.
It’s the best long distance bus I’ve been on and we have been travelling on uses throughout Brazil, Argentina and Patagonia.
We got there an hour early and the staff helped us, ensuring we filled in the Chile SAG declaration online.
What would be helpful is a schedule in multiple languages including English off the various stops on the way and how long a stop is for. That Is one of the challenges we are faced with all the companies.
The bus got to Santiago 1.5hr earlier that scheduled and at 6:40am in the morning there is very little open at the bus terminal including the public toilets.
Border crossing between Argentina and Chile is managed all and went really smoothly.
WiFi on bus is starlink.
