Very unlike other Lux express buses we have travelled on. Overall not as comfortable and no coffee or tea which would have been nice given it was an 8 hr trip. I did book our tickets together and anticipated that I would be sitting near my partner I which was not the case. This was very disappointing as I could not explain to anyone and therefore had no company for the entire trip.
