Horrible trip. Bus departed 40 mins late and got busted midway, we arrived 2 hours later than scheduled.
It was horrible experience! Busy was 3 hours late no information shared before after that the driver was confused with the way! My last travel with greyhound!!!

It was extremely unclear in the booking process that we would be switching from a bus to a van. If there are transfers in the itinerary, it should be extremely clear in the booking process. Second, the driver was not given an updated list of passengers, which delayed the start of the trip.
