The bus itself was very nice. The trip was supposed to be 8 hours and ended up being 12 hours. The bus driver kept letting hagglers on the bus to sell us things

The bus left 20 minutes late. It stopped a couple of times at the end as the engine overheated - smoke was belching out from the back. So it's far from the luxury brand it's supposed to be, but the wifi worked really well and the pit stop was good.

We arrived at the bus terminal at 6:30 in the morning and they told us the bus was not going that day, even though we had bought a ticket for that time and day. The info online doesn't meet the info that gave us. We ended up with another company and it took us 12 hours instead of 8 hours by bus

Changed the bus and thus, the seating order. My reserved seat was gone! Driver played loud music all night long. It took 2,5h longer than advertised (8:30 am instead of 6:00 am)

Bus departed 30 minutes late. Was told it was a direct bus but the driver made an unscheduled stop so he could eat while everyone waited.
