I was very happy to travel with Nevada Internacional. The delay was caused by the authorities on the border of Argentina/Chile, and Nevada Internacional informed us in advance that this kind of delay may take place.
Most important was the fact that the driver acted during all the route from Mendoza to Santiago de Chile on a way that I felt very safe and with no doubts.
This trip was excellent. The bus was clean and comfortable. We were on time. We received some food and drink, more than expected. The only issue was that my seat belt was not functioning.
Good service with comfortable seats and acceptable food, particularly as we did not think we would be getting any food/drinks on the route. The border crossing took approx 1.5 hours which seemed rather long, but this is not down to Nevada. Overall a good, comfortable trip
It was perfect! But we didn’t know up until at the bus terminal that it was AndesMar that was doing the trip. We were a little confused but only for a second.
Didn’t get the bus as I didn’t have the confidence that it was going to run due to the road being closed the day before, and getting any info from anyone was impossible
Really comfy seats and the little snacks offered were a pleasant surprise. Only thing that could improve: at the bus station I saw quite a few buses that offer WiFi on board. That would have been good on this one. But apart from that, everything was really good!
Terrible. Dirty. Rude. We booked two seats at the front of the bus and were emailed the correct receipt but then were told we had to move to another seat once we boarded. Instead of being calm and understanding his mistake, the employee only yelled at us to move and was beyond rude. Again, the bus was extrememly dirty and I will never ride with Nevada again.
Overall I'm satisfied with the service provided. Would be good if the staff gave some instructions I English too when addressing customers, especially when at the border control so we don't sit there all confused-looking. But given that is is a Spanish speaking country it's all good, just look at and follow what other Spanish speaking customers do.
Very prompt arrive left and arrived right on time. Plenty of food and staff made sure we got off and through customs/border. Only issue was several seat belts did not work and the bus had a weird smell - not great for an expensive company!
We had front seats on upperdeck for good view but unfortunately there were drapings on the window for sun protection that spoiled the view. Food had no taste. Then there was something rolling back and forth with each major turn on shelf above seat with annoying sound that we could not stop..
A little confusion at the bus in Santiago and long wait at the border but it was because one woman had too much things so we had too wait a long time for her not the bus fault
Excellent service and bus. It was on time and arrived on time in Santiago. We may have been lucky at Chillian customs but regardless they provide an excellent service. Beautiful view and the way to travel from Mendoza to Santiago.
Bus that I booked was cancelled as not enough people had booked that time. We were moved to a later bus with lower amenities. I booked cama and we got very poor, uncomfortable conditions. Very dissatisfied!
There was a change of bus about which we were not notified in advance. Our seats had been given away and we didn't get the view from the front of the bus that we had chosen in advance. We didn't get the fans seats that we were expecting, instead some smaller cramped seats. Also were we're expecting food on the bus and all we got was a wrapped cookie.
