Booked an overnight trip from Rzeszów to Kyiv. First part was good from Rzeszów to Lviv, very good bus, professional driver, all luggage was marketed with tags. Second part was terrible. In Lviv, we've been asked to move to a small van (9 sitter). No sit belts, no head rest and driver was asking which city he needs to stop... I survived trip to Kyiv, can't image how remaining people survived they journey to Kharkiv.

They wanted me to walk through border and I refused we argued. They were scared of getting a fine because of carrying me! Due to my red Turkish passport. I told them I have residence permit in Finland and have traveled many times in this destination. It was stressful!
