The bus arrived in Sao Paulo 90 minutes late. We missed our connection and had to buy new tickets, losing the money we had spent.

The confort was good however we didn’t have a lot of stops and never knew when it was because the busdrivers never let us know. When we asked how many time we had, they said 30min, but it was 20 min and got mad because we weren’t back on time.

The bus was comfy but unfortunately there was a lot of cockroaches. Very uncomfortable for an 18 hour journey. Everyone saw lots on the floor and then we noticed there was a lot in the lights too so there was a bad infestation

The bus arrived at Foz de Iguazu only at 16:00, one hour and 20 minutes later than it was supposed to, so we couldn't go to the Brazilian side of the falls like we planned. Also, the bus had no WiFi.

Are there power outlets or USB plugs on Pluma?

No, there aren't any power outlets or USB plugs on Pluma. If available, we recommend bringing a battery pack to keep your devices charged during longer bus rides. You can also bring a good book to pass the time during your trip.

Does Pluma have a toilet on board?

Yes, Pluma has a toilet on board. The toilet is located at the back of the bus or near the middle. Remember to bring hand sanitiser with you, as most buses do not have running water.
