Big seats, reliable driver, good speed, timely schedule, films, water, tea were pluses. Little legroom (I have +182cm), few charging slots for phones were minuses.

Very long 17 hour drive. I wish they stopped somewhere in the middle for toilet break. The toilet in the bus was disgusting.

Seats were comfortable and the trip was overall quite good. For the length of trip, bottled water and a clear description of snacks would have been nice for 5/5. My wife and I would use this again though!

The bus missed the scheduled departure about 30 minutes. The boarding was chaotic, especially the loading of luggage. There was no blanket on the bus for this overnight 18-hour+ journey. Not enough water on board and both cold and hot drinking water run out many hours before the bus reached the destination. Most of the information given by the staffs in the ticket office was incorrect. For instance, we were told that this is a non-stop bus. In reality the bus stopped at least five times to unload/load passengers. As a result the bus missed the scheduled arrival time by more than 100 minutes which in turn caused us to miss appointments. The only thing good is everyone did finally arrived safely. Otherwise I would give only one star.
