Excelente servicio y la limpieza de los micros y los baños, agua disponible para tomar y tomas para enchufar el cargador del celular. Lo único, hay que llevarse una frazadita pq el aire acondicionado está muy bajo y hace mucho frío sobre todo de noche. Por lo demás, excelente todo

Very good, smooth ride. The first stop was only after 4.5 hours which felt a bit long. Otherwise was a very good experience

The confort was good however we didn’t have a lot of stops and never knew when it was because the busdrivers never let us know. When we asked how many time we had, they said 30min, but it was 20 min and got mad because we weren’t back on time.

The bus was comfy but unfortunately there was a lot of cockroaches. Very uncomfortable for an 18 hour journey. Everyone saw lots on the floor and then we noticed there was a lot in the lights too so there was a bad infestation

It was very uncomfortable, my seat was broken and the bus driver did nothing to find a remedy. It was extremely cold because the air conditioning worked all the time during the night, in winter and no blankets were provided. I caught a cold. The driver was using his phone to talk while driving, at the same time he was smoking, despite smoking was prohibited. I will never, ever use pluma again.

i would recommend Catarinense to any of my friends, the staff was very friendly, the bus and stations were extremely clean. the seats were super comfortable and the wifi was amazing!!

Would have been nice to have wifi. And with 2hours late my other plans were ruined

Great service. Helpful staff who made every effort despite my lack of Portuguese.
