Yes, there is WiFi on Citylink! We recommend downloading your movies or favorite shows before your trip, as the WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. No worries, you'll still be able to check your emails and social media during your trip.
Yes, Citylink you can bring bicycle in the undercarriage if there is room available. There is a €5 charge payable to the driver before your trip.
You can bring 2 medium-sized suitcases or rucksacks (no more than 20 kg each) and 1 small carry-on luggage free of charge. Please note carry-on luggage must be capable of being placed in the overhead luggage rack or under the seat in front of you.
Yes, there is a toilet on all Citylink coaches. The toilet is generally located at the back of the bus or near the middle door. Most bus toilets do not have running water, so we recommend bringing hand sanitizer with you.
No, you don't need to print your Citylink ticket. You can show it on your smartphone or tablet. Remember to also carry a valid photo ID to board the bus!
Only Guide dogs and Assistance dogs are allowed on Citylink buses. Unfortunately, your beloved pets are not allowed on the bus or in the hold of the bus.
