Ok, limited information provided by the travel company and the customer services phone number on the ticket did not work
The bus booked for 10:00 am was canceled. No information was available and all tel numbers listed were without answer .
The bus condition was less then average, that sits were dirty and the air condition opening was broken.
I Kotor we were delayed for another 20 minutes and finally were asked to go to another bus because of small number of passengers in the original one.
Overall instead reaching Budva destination at 12:30 we get only at 14:00
That’s was very disappointing.

I had booked a bus to Mostar at 4 pm and the bus left a 6:15 . With this delay and no information we missed the connection from Mostar Mostar to Medjugorge. We had to pay an extra taxi to Medjugorge. As we arrived there very late there eas no place to eat anything.
We are very angry and disappointed with Globtour.
We reserved two seats next to each other but then seats were given randomly and we had to sit apart. The trip lasted almost 5 hours, it was indicated as a 2 hour 10 trip.
Well, we arrived eventually. However the bus driver was very rude. He collected additional money for the luggage (5€ per person). Toilets were locked. Bus was overbooked, so that not everyone could sit.
i booked to 10am, and the bus was overbooked, no one tell any information at what time it will be another bus. 2hs later came another bus that go to Kotor not to Tivat. very bad service from this company. when arrived at Kotor, a very kind gentleman after several questionings provide us and others a place from another company to Tivat.just arrived at Tivat at 4pm, with a plane to catch. This bus company it.s not reliable.
The station staff were not very helpful and we missed the bus due to severe confusion over which terminal it was to arrive at despite arriving 4hours before its departure; we were told three different places. Eventually, we took a taxi to Medugorje costing 150 Euros. Truly dreadful. I would avoid this service at all costs and advise others to arrange a coach shuttle service with their hotel.
The trip was a lot longer than in shedule. The bus driver asked 10 euros per person if we asked to make a stop near Dubrovnik Airport. Weard? Why there is no official stop beacuse about 5 people went out near the airport. The driver earns 50 euros every day extra ? Good money to ask from "stuped" tourists!
We bought tickets to Budva over a Week earlier. Buss supposed to leave 10:00 am, but it came full, and we+few other have to wait next buss. They promise that it will come after 20mins.
It came 11:00 and started driving 11:10. Trip was very slow, we were in Kotor 16:00 and there driver said "get out, change buss". Buss to Budva was coming after 40mins, but we take taxi. So after 7 hours and 90euros we get to Budva.
My bus didn't arrive. It should be arrived at 14:00,but nobody gave me any information. I was waiting till 15:10 then I just catched other bus, I barely not missed my flight from Dubrovnik to Vienna
The bus was over one hour late. The conductor was not friendly, and did not speak any English. We were all very confused as we were not giving any information with regards to border crossing. We were just told to get off the bus we arrived in Dubrovnik over two hours late.
Chaos at the bus terminal bus over booked luckily we got a seat some didn't. The journey was quoted as being under 2 hours. Having done it and it went as well as it could have there is no possible way it can be done in 2 hours. It took 3 hours. No toilet break?
The bus was almost 2 hours late. There should have been an update on why the bus is late & on arrival; there was no explanation nor apology from the drivers as to why the bus was so late.

This is a horrible bus ride. Staff dont speek a word in english, broken toilet, broken air condition, late at station, only one toilet stop for what ended up as a 8 hour trip that was supposed to take 5 and a half. I am horribly dissarisfied.
Joke of a company. I previously had a bus come 3 hours late and this time it was 2+ hours late so I managed to buy a ticket to another bus that arrived. So I have no idea how late the bus was or if it even showed up.
Globtour is the only bus line at the station that wasn't on the departures board with time updates.
Half an hour late leaving which meant our time at our destination was reduced. Very smelly bus and air conditioning not working. People arguing over their seats. Then return bus was over half an hour late which was very frustrating considering we were late arriving at our destination so had to rush round the Krka park to be back for 17:00 them the bus didn’t show up on time anyway. Bus driver was very rude. Also the buses didn’t sound in good condition, very bumpy and noisy, seemed to struggle up the hills.
Honestly just not good. The bus took too long and from what I hear from locals it is known that the route takes longer than advertised, this should be updated.
I have one thing to add regarding printing tickets - its not possible! I was booking my trip in a very short period, far away from home, on the street practically without a printer .

The driver was amazing and full of understanding.
The seat is not in a good condition, some could be. adjusted some could not. There is a little space between the seating row so, it's not that comfortable comparing to other bus service even the price is competitive. The staff did not speak English even a little bit. There is no toilet in the bus.
The heating on the bus was weird. It was super hot for most of the ride because the heater was on. And the cooling system wasn’t works for many of the seats. Also my bag got soaked when it was in the case under the bus. Paying to put my bag under a bus for it to get soaked... not a big fan. So not the best bus ride
Awful service. The bus was in very poor condition and the toilet was out of service. The bus driver was rude and swerved dangerously. Several passengers got up at one point to check that the driver was okay and not falling asleep. Very scary trip. Overall horrible service and will never travel with this company again.
The driver was very rude, he did not check the passengers before driving away after rest... 2 times... there was always someone left behind and we had to scream to the driver to stop.
