The driver was late and apparently annoyed at something. He had loud music all the way to the destination.

The driver was very helpful and professional in conducting his service. Drove safely and knew the route very well.

Very nice lady, on time. Even early, for the better to catch a flight. Only thing, the driver should message a little earlier than last minute at the stop.

Poor communication, late by 70 minutes. None of the chargers worked on the bus. Then asking the driver for details for contact none were available.

It was in time , the bus had toilet inside. The diver was knowledgeable and courteous! Overall very good journey!

The service itself was great, however, I had a bus booked for 0915. This bus was cancelled, yet I wasn't informed about this. I waited in freezing temperatures for an hour. I had to use a nearby hotel to call, and they informed me that my booking had changed to 1130. This would have been fine if I was informed, but I wasn't. They said they tried to call me and emailed me about the change. This didn't happen. What I would recommend, is having a Whatsapp contact as well. Because I am from overseas, my phone could only use the internet to keep contacted (I was using an esim). Instead on relying on phone contact/email to contact passengers, and this either doesn't work or could be missed. Sending a Whatsapp message to the passenger would be a lot better. And passengers could also contact the bus company using the app.

Nothing, bus was late for 2 hours, I did not use it, rented a car. Customer service never informed nobody till I called them several times.

Great service. The driver sent a text 10 mins before pickup. On time departure and arrival.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! My bus to the airport was 2 and a half hours late with no communication to tell me this information despite me ringing several times! On all the occasions I tried ringing, no one answered the phone. As a young female solo traveller in a completely different country, the service I received was extremely disappointing to say the least!

I enjoyed the entire trip. Manny graciously placed our bags in the back, shared some history of Banff and Calgary, his van was clean, and he got us to the airport at an enjoyable speed. I highly recommend Manny and this service.

The driver assigned to me was excellent. He arrived a little ahead of schedule and was cheerful and professional. He drove safely and got me to the airport on time. He was also very pleasant when unloading my luggage, and I would highly recommend him.

While driving, the windshield wiper came off and flew away. I'm worried whether the driver could see what was in front of them.But the driver was good job!

There was a change in the pick up time which was quite last minute and then the bus was late to that time so we thought we have somehow missed the bus or were scammed into a booking

We had an excellent experience. We arrived at YYC on time and the driver was friendly and drove very carefully despite the snowy blizzard condition.

The driver was friendly. We could have a nice chat, even though I didn’t speak English well. Driving itself was safe, so we could take a nap.

It was very good and did the job, only concern was driver had a different pick up point on his paperwork but he had spotted us at out allocated pick up so not a problem .

The driver Julius was so kind, super friendly and accommodating. He is great at what he does while still being so good with his guests.

It was a shuttle labelled under a different company's name without warning. This information should go out to all those who purchase tickets with Fairy.

The bus was on time, we arrived at the airport earlier than expected arrival time. It’s a comfortable ride.

The bus arrived on time and the driver communicated clearly with all passengers. There were times I was concerned the driver was not being as safe as possible on the road. Ex, swerving between lanes on the highway, not coming to complete stops at stop signs, and driving above the posted speed limit.

Easy booking, good comms, but bus was replaced with car which was a bit crowded with 5 pax and their luggage

Our trip to Calgary Airport with Geoff and Ten Peaks Shuttle was so smooth, efficient and enjoyable. Geoff made the experience amazing, telling us the names of the mountains as we drove through Banff National Park. Would recommend and will definitely be using this service again!

Our driver Jeff was very friendly and helpful. Bus was late due to the accident on the highway. But Jeff managed to drop us off on time for our flight. Thx
