Bus from Johannesburg to Queenstown, ZA: Tickets & Timetables

My trip was not good as other Mainliner Express trips I took before.The bus was more like budgetliner express.Sits are close to each other, and that made my trip to be uncomfortable.Even though it was uncomfortable, we arrived safely on time.

Everything was good except drop off. We were dropped off at Intercape offices in Queenstown and not at Sasol garage as stated on the ticked. I was rushed off and made to get my own luggage out the trailer.

As a first traveler with Intercape I had a horrible bus experience . The bus broke down at the garage and Inhade to wait for 2 hours and even Now the time is 09:27 yet I haven’t arrived at my destination

Bus was a no show. We were moved to a totally different bus which was very uncomfortable. It was a horrible experience.

Bus was booked for 18h45, we only got to board in at 19h50. It was up and down with luggages and the person I booked for was an elderly person. In out of buses as though there was no scheduled bus for the number.ber of pax booked. First bus was full quickly. Only the young ones who were able to run could get to the first bus. I must give compliment to your drivers, they really tried under difficult circumstances which I believe were out of their control. Your drivers are the best!

I like that we boarded on time but the chairs are not comfortable. I enjoyed the safety

I got drenched while inside the bus ,my journey from jozi to queenstown the bus was leaking ,got wet because of the rain outside o was sitting at the back. 2. Your drivers estort money from passengers in the name of luggage must be paid . My own was a small traveling bag that weighed less than 20kg they were refusing me to enter inside the bus until I threatened to report them .3 my bus from queenstown was departing at 19:00 but for no reason mentioned to us we left queenstown at 22:00 . I was not happy at all.

Oh I didn't enjoy anything,the sits were small we couldn't sit properly,the whole bus was cold but the windows were closed the air that was coming in was unbearable.

The bus was delayed. Had a lot of mechanical issues that needed to be sort out prior to departure time

The bus arrived in time and we left Johannesburg on time. We also arrived on time in Queenstown

I enjoyed the space and comfort, everything looked smart and modern and also there was a toilet. I didn't enjoy the service from drivers ,they did not care about us(passengers) concerns

The trip was smooth and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the fast charging system on the bus was very convenient. I’d definitely use their services again.

The bus was clean, the charging points were working perfectly. The bus was nice and warm even though I did not bring a blanket. I enjoyed this trip.

First not punctual thereafter The bus broke down from Park Station had to be immediately exchanged at the depot with us intrasit.

Very terrible service. Booked a bus for 16.30 since I was gonna go to work the next morning when I arrive at my destination. The bus arrived 3 hours later so we ended up leaving Johannesburg at 19.00 and throughout the whole waiting period none of the staff members updated us about what was going on to cause such a delay

Not good. We had to travel from bloemfontein to Komani with stranger because the bus didn't continue with us

Everything else was fine except for the cold there were no heaters it was freezing all the way from Johannesburg by the time I got home my feet were frozen

Delta coaches should be banned from selling tickets. There were no buses they staff left us there stranded. We finally got transport after 5hours and travelled 12 hours to Queenstown

Very poor the bus driver was five hours late . The bus stuck between Maletswai and James Town by 14:00 it still there now by 17:00 no update nothing

the drive was ok, however the bus got stuck on the way along Smith Field from around 4am until say around 8am, we are not sure if we should use the same company again as we will return to JHB at the end of April

Drivers were friendly and the bus was on time

Hello i didn't enjoy the trip to Queenstown,the bus was stucked the brakes was not working before Bloomfantein,we had to wait other bus to come and assist,instead of arriving at 04:30 i arrived in Queenstown at 09:30

Citilink provided it's passengers with a small uncomfortable bus. When booking the bus it stated that it has charging ports and a toilet but none of that were there, that bus is for short/distances as it has no arm rest The bus looks like those buses that ride little soccer boys. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. One staff lady was super rude, however the driver was very friendly and helpful.

Time management is their priority Good service to the drivers both What I did not like is that the bus doesn't have inner bathroom No terminals to charge our phones no air-conditioning Manual windows tha lt irritates sometimes when other passengers open them

It was the worst experience starting from embarking. The driver and the assistant did not welcome us.i hot on the bus and the ticket was not checked after a long time. This is a risk that criminals can be in the same bus. There was an incident where we were locked inside the bus in the middle of nowhere and no one notified us of that long delay that extended to over 40 minutes. Then the assistant informed us of what was happening when the bus was in motion telling us a whole lot od irrelevant things. He was rude and dismissive. The level of lack of care was shocking. I do not think I will ever use these services again.

The bus was a good experience except for the cockroaches that are excessive and disturbing the peace

My air conditioner was open and I could not close it. My seat in particular felt like a furnace because of it. Moreover, the bus kept stopping to do repairs every 20 mins or so for most of the trip. Something I’ve never seen anywhere. I’m not using Grey Hound again

Well maintained , comfortable and disciplined staff and friendly inclusive of passengers aswell (enjoyed) what I didn't enjoyed, they advertised wi fi but only to find out there's is no wi fi

It was nice and very comfortable and their service was great.

Good service but loud music the whole way. Which is very inconsiderate to fellow travellers

Toilet doesn't flush properly, no water to wash hands, no toilet paper the state of your toilet needs urgent improvements. No wifi as stated on ticket. So that's just completely unacceptable.

It was very late upon arrival at the destination and there was no communication

Iula bus canceled the trip they said the trip gonna be the next day we have to take another transport eagle liner

Our trip was cancelled for the 14th to the 15th with no explanation. We don’t know what will transpire today but so far am not happy at all with the service

Ilula Bus services is worst I've ever experienced in my life, it's very disappointing and poor, not well organised and no respect for people
