I will never recommend the bus to anyone because there is no proper communication , tell me why my bus was supposed to come fetch me at 00:55 but it came at 05:15 I supposed to catch another bus at park station at 08:00 but it didn't happen because of Intercity Xpress services was bad bad with no communication I'm very disappointed

There was no seating place for us my mother had to stand until warrenton to get a place to sit shes in pain with her back, I can’t stand as well due to having multiple leg operations .. We honestly did not enjoy our trip.. the bus was crowded crowded.. and I feel we paid alot of money for such awful service i really do not think that its fair for paying so much money for awful service and to top it all off the bus was 2 hours late. I am very disappointed.

Booked Bigsky Intercity and another bus, Tour Liner showed up. No prior sms or email had been sent so I had no idea that I had to board that bus and the bus drivers were so rude expecting passengers to just know this.
