I was the only passenger on the last leg of the trip. This was my first trip to both Ljubljana (gorgeous Slovenia) and Venice (though had been to other parts of Italy previously by train). The driver was courteous, kind and friendly. Much appreciated.

This is not a bus it is a van. The driver late and then stopped to fill up with gas as well. He was driving and texting, talking on his hand held phone while drinking coffee, vaping and driving a standard van. He has 3 different phones which he was on the entire time. Taking the unlawful and dangerous part out of it, we were 55 minutes later than what was planned.

Avoid! The scheduled bus did not arrive. This meant I missed my flight. There was no response when I repeatedly tried to contact. I needed to rebook a different bus and pay for a new flight. This meant I paid for two airfares as I was unable to cancel the first flight. It was an awful day. I will never use this service again.

The gentleman concerned was polite, stowed our luggage and dropped us off opposite the railway station and retrieved our bags.
My concern was that he was continuously on the phone or sms'g. I understand that at times he was talking to his office but a hands free option instead of putting it up to his ear and driving one handed is a far safer option especially driving at speed or around curves. When he stops for a break he should tell the passengers and open the door so we also can stretch our legs or visit the bathroom rather than a passenger having to do it.
