Overall a pretty good experience on the bus. Only thing is that there was no bathroom on the bus itself, and no wifi. These are not major issues but I felt like for what I paid these things should have been included.

Everything was good. Could have offered a bottle of water as it was a 6 hour journey and would be great if there was more trips going to Veracruz or anywhere else from the airport not only one a day. 4 a day would be better so anyone flying into Mexico City can use the ado without going to tapo bus station
