Very good apart from some people lower their seat back so much it's almost impossible to get into the seat behind

The bus was late arriving by almost half an hour. I had been waiting since before 03.00 am in a dark lonely street alone. This left me panicking about getting to the airport on time for flight and connecting flights . No explanation, no apology, just left to panic. This is not acceptable and I would not recommend this service to anyone .

Once it arrived it was a perfect service. It was 25 minutes late. I almost rang my sister to get out of bed to drive me to the airport. I did not think it would show up
