I went to the Madrid airport, T4 Aerop as indicated on my ticket. There were no busses leaving at 14h00. The lady at information was not able to speak English. She kept saying phone, but when I phoned the number she gave me there was no answer. Being 90 minutes early for my bus ride, I asked 3 youngsters that was waiting for their busses - no one could find this bus at the Madrid Bandaras airport. I had to make additional plans. I took 3 trains and only reached Avila at 19h30 tonight. There were also no Jimenez Dorado offices at the airport. I even went to the ALSA office, they were very helpful, tried to phone on my behalf but also could not find out where my bus was. Can I please be refunded on this ticket?

The driver was so unhelpful and rude.
We didn’t know where to put our luggage and he didn’t bother to show us. We had to follow a nun and see how she did it.
No help with our luggage too.
