The bus was excellent but the terminal at Santiago was chaotic and very hard to work out what bay the bus was departing from, particularly if you dont speak spanish.

Great seats very comfortable. There was a electronic thing and each time the driver went 1kmh over 100 it made a horrible noise. No idea how people can sleep with this. Very annoying to say at least

The wifi was not available except the very beginning of the journey. And there was no drinking water. It is good practice to have a water dispenser (not tiny plastic water cups, don't do that). Learn to do better.

It was horrible! The bus air conditioning was not working so it was so hot that I sweat through my shirt. Then the bis broke down and I hitched a ride from another bus to get me to my destination.
